Terms, Conditions & Refunds
1. Payment - You may conveniently pay for purchases online using Visa, Mastercharge, American Express, or electronic check. We use PayPal as our payment processor.
You may also mail payments to us by check or money order.
2. Refunds - If you wish to submit a Returned Merchandise claim, please contact info@clothingarea.com directly for instructions. A 15% restocking fee is required for any merchandise returned for any reason within the first 15 days after the date the merchandise has been ordered. However, no restocking fees are required for defective merchandise returns. All non-product related fees (i.e. shipping and handling, etc) are not refundable. All returned items purchased must have all tags including price tags attached to them or they will be returned to you without refund. ClothingArea.com stands by the quality and craftmanship of all displayed merchandise. We will work with you to the best of our ability regarding any merchandise returns and/or shipping concerns.
